I’m an ecommerce and digital marketing consultant specializing in the home décor and apparel industries. During my time in-house at brands like Yves Saint Laurent, MaxMara, Matouk, and St. Frank, I saw firsthand the challenges of working with external agencies that didn’t fully understand the luxury consumer or the nuanced path to purchase for high-consideration products.

We begin our process with an introductory call where learn more about you and your business needs. From there, a scope will be defined and I will present a formal proposal.

discovery

After the proposal is approved, often the next step will be an audit of any existing marketing channels and/or ecommerce site. If the scope of work includes channel setup or management, this is the stage where I will build out a campaign structure and ensure or technical requirements are executed.

delivery

Final deliverables can include a formal strategy outline, an executed pilot campaign, or simply a comprehensive audit with actionable insights. Each clients needs are unique, and I always tailor the deliverables to fit their needs best.
